In this initiatory Belly Dance, Yoga and Spirituality retreat we will cover spiritual explanations about energy and a lot of physical and spiritual practice. Through practices you will be able to move your emotions and those of others, attract and remove situations from your daily life and merge the spiritual plane with the physical and experience bliss.

Spiritual Sensuality Sexual energy is sacred energy, everything that involves this energy, including sensuality, is sacred.

In practice, there will be two full days of teachings, Tibetan yoga, belly dancing and meditation.

We will use these spiritual tools to purify our vision of our own body. The way we were educated separates us from the Primordial Source, from the spiritual experience because we believe we are “dirty, sinful, wrong”.

Only in the Soul will we know our self, only in the Soul do we feel truly good. All levels of dance, yoga and spirituality are welcome!!
